New Player and Turn Sequence

New player to Federation Command with a few other folks from the office. One of our initial struggles has been trying to figure out the turn sequence. The concept of the impulses was something we struggled with

It's a little rough, but I think it gets most of the concepts across. I think the next revision will break out some of the procedure boxes with more detail on some of the end turn procedures ( we haven't done marine combat, so that's glossed over ).
