The information for CL52 Battlegroup can be found here on the BBS.

To answer Terry's question, on second reading, the answer is already present in (5P3a). The relevant part says:
During a fade-in/out impulse, or when fully cloaked, the ship cannot: ... dock with other units, ...
So, you can't dock when cloaked, or cloak when docked.

Just to be clear, this refers to (2D5a) Docking. Any shuttle already in a hangar is fine, as is a tug with its pod or pods. Note that this still assumes they are already in this configuration. A ship cannot land (or launch) a shuttle, or attach to or drop a pod while cloaked.

Haha... I can see it now.

The USS Rhinoceros is cruising along the Romulan neutral zone...

Navigator: "Captain, all sensors are clear. Nothing in scanning distance."
Captain: "Excellent Mr. Jackson. Place the ship on autopilot and lets break out Ogre."

Meanwhile... on the cloaked Romulan tug...
Captain: "OK guys, let's have some fun. I have 25 credits on Emergency Decel.
Centurion R'Hok says, Portside HET.
Sub-Commander PHThal has unavoidable collision.
Decturion Jones (he's a refugee) says evasive maneuvers, followed by fresh uniforms"
"Helm, position us 5,000 kilometers ahead of them and slightly above their track and maintain"
"Logistics... DROP THE POD - NOW!!!"

Meanwhile, back aboard the Rhinoceros; klaxons wail and the Orge game gets unceremoniously dumped as the entire bridge crew springs back to their stations.

In Unison: "Whuh... Where did that come from?"
Captain: "Brace for impact. Helm..."

to be continued

Not a problem. To be honest, I missed it the first time reading through for the answer. I didn't see it until the second read.
