HET question...

According to 2D2a, a ship makes a HET during "any movement subpulse." Does that mean *any*, or any that the ship is scheduled to move? Also, if the ship is scheduled to move, does it move one hex forward after the HET, or does the HET replace that point of movement? Thank you!

High Energy Turn is a separate action from Movement.
Done in any part of the Impulse.
You pay for a HET separate from Movement,
so if the ship is scheduled to move it also does.

It means any movement sub-pulse, even the first.
