Federation Commander

I am curious, is Module H1 worth getting for Federation Commander? Since FC comes is larger counters in addition to smaller ones, I am curious if H1 is a redundant product for that game system.

When you buy the FC Border or Attack products, you will get one inch counters for that product and any associated Boosters. If you have those products, then, yes, Module H1 would be redundant and unnecessary.
