Fed New Commando Transport

Is there anything special I should know about that big shuttle on the Fed NCT in Fed Ship Card ePack #4? Since it has 12 boxes (double normal), am I right in assuming it can carry 4 marine squads?
Also, FYI, the color card in the ePack says that it appears in Communique #85. Actually, it is in Communique #97 (w/o the big shuttle).
