I just bought the new Tholian Ship Card ePack #2, and in the included ship descriptions it says that the Police Destroyer Carrier and War Destroyer Carrier "had eight fighters in external bases, the same as the Black Widow carrier." What does that mean, exactly? Did the author mean to write "bays"?

Also, any chance of us getting a Neo-Tholian Ship Card ePack in the future?
