Seltorian CVS hull

What hull is the Seltorian CVS based on? Is it the NCA or the BCH? Also, does anyone have a rule reference for it?

According to G3. it's a variant of the CA.
Ruel reference number is R15.20

So it doesn't appear that there is much structural difference between the CA and the CVS other than the loss of some tractors. Would there be any additional structure at the rear of the vessel for the fighters?
