Back in action..

Sorry folks I was down and out yesterday after 4 hrs at the VA first thing in the morning for a Stress Test (including two shots of nu-qu-lar stuff). I spent the rest of the day with my chest hurting every time I took a breath (I has asthma and this kind of thing does a number on me).
