Romulan Condor & Heavy Condor

In Romulan Armada, the Condor (CN) is 410 points. In Battleship Armada, the Heavy Condor (CNH) is 545 points. Hull, shields, weapons, engines are identical, except for some Ph-1 arcs. What am I missing to make the point difference? Or is there a correction to the CNH?

Something might be messed up, possibly a typo.
The numbers on the Federation Commander master ship chart are:
Condor DN is 245 / 130
Heavy Condor DNH is 263 / 132
King Condor BB is 415 /210
The numbers in Starmada would be different, but should have roughly the same proportional relationship.

Starmada is done outside of ADB. We have no way to verify the numbers those guys calculate.
