Fed Com changes:
-------------------------
1) Fixed the Tractor->Release option on the right click of a counter, but it does not do anything.
2) Fixed damage allocation box (with the very nice "leak" check box), reinforcement does not work.
3) Fixed Leak hitting armor. Leak is supposed to ignore armor.
4) Fixed Phaser 3s seem to cost 1 energy point to fire when they should cost half a point.
5) Fixed shield reinforcement does not work (anything entered is just ignored);
6) Fixed With a unit that had eight armor, I took nine internal damage. The eight armor boxes were marked off, and the remaining one damage was never applied (in the list of damage, it applied the one damage to the already destroyed armor).
7) Added the damage allocation chart.
8) Fixed that hit #8 on table #1 list as being a tractor, when it should be R Hull/Lab.
9) Added provision to allow Skip Points to hit on the frame,(Rule 3E1a)
10) Added a mechanism in energy allocation for doubling of Orion engines;
11) Fixed the problem with the wing mounts for the CR are shown as drones instead of option mounts.
12) Fixed the problem with switching of the Main Panel between floating and tabbed.

Are you sure that it is not working with the latest update? Did you do the "Check for Updates..."? I just tried it on a separate machine and it works fine.

Yup, It doesn't work.

When you reinforce it does everything except block the damage that you reinforced.
