Bpv of ship gets discount but not its refit??

I have like 4 bpv left for the first 3 turns, and got a fleet thats at 2bpv from 700?? so this will mess my whole fleet up??? on the last day of submissions?

whats the big deal? its a few points, but its still an old hull with lesser arcs or power curves.

IMO CA+ will always lack vs the NCA or new cruisers.

Benoit, my apologies - but that was the intent of the rule. If you're buying a ship at the discount, you're putting the UNREFITTED ship for the base BPV and adjusting from there.

Apologies. I've been seriously under the weather for the last two days, and am now trying to catch up on a number of projects. (There are many benefits to being self employed. Sick days aren't one of them.)

This won't take long when I can get around to it; but it will take about two hours of uninterrupted time for me to double check all the information from G3, scramble the public display inventories so you can't immediately discern which ships are in which fleet, and update the map and sheets.
