Actually, this was on purpose. I worked making the counters more like what you see with a real board. On a real board the counters are a little bit larger than the hexes.

It is easier to see the PoT and PoS etc although
they are upside down.

I guess I am used to the other way but I will give this new version a go !!

Actually, the upside down problem is only for the old POT/POS (i.e. from saved games and the latest version actually solves a problem I have had for a long time. That is the POT/POS have always been upside down compared to their orientation. Never figured out that one. But it seems that the latest changes to the client does.

Bug in drone storage.

Pick a ship with drones. Enter drones into drone storage. Save game. Exit room. Reload game. All drones in storage disappear.

Just got back from holidays and decided to load up a couple of my saved games with multiple counters in a stack.
I am with Jason on this one, not in favour of the oversize counters.

Paul, can you add a feature to allow us to choose from Oversize to regular size counters by chance ?

Don't know if this has been reported... by when starting a tournament game now. This ship in 1701D starts off in the left corner of the map.

This can be fixed by zoom in and than zoom out... Just a little annoying.

Also,

There is a problem with the Quantum Phaser Box Types. They are not treated as phasers by the DAC....

Maybe I just have to add that when making the .def .

That seems to be what it was.

No difficulty, just it feels like a whole lot of clutter on the board.

I like the old way where all pieces fit nicely in a hex !!

Just personal prefeence is all which is why I asked about us having an option !

Can Jumokian option mounts take alpha weapons. I believe, although I don't know for sure, that when making .def files, that their is only one box type labeled 'option'.

There aren't separate box types for alpha, LMC, Omega or other races.

I think hidden counters (mines) are buggy. Was testing this out with Direwolf and MethaneBreather and while I couldn't see the hidden piece (and it didn't post in the visible log which is good) I could mouse over the hex where the mine was and it would display that a mine was there (the popup text)

Several times now I have started SFBOL, and gone into a game as a spectator. I have the game control listing all of the pieces is a seperate window from the board and other tabs. If there are lots of pieces on board, i cant see them all so I resize the game control window. When I do that the program goes grey, and eventually I get an error that the sfbclient.exe stopped responding.
I am running windows 7.

I am currently playing a Federation CVA group with F-14's and A-20's. I'm having an issue with use of fighter weapons being recorded in the "my weapon status" tab. Opponent also can't see status of fighter weapons in "opponent's weapon status" tab.

Thus, for example, if I launch drones via the IA menu under drone launch - drones are deducted from the fighter store; however, no recording is made in the "weapons status" tab to indicate the drone launch. I believe the same thing is happening when I fire the fighter's direct fire weapons.

I have not verified whether this is a global problem, or peculiar to the Feds. Might want to look into it. Would be nice to have fighter weapon use recorded on weapon status tabs, just as ship weapon use is recorded.

Hey Paul a couple things:

For Peladine can MRS be added to their list for shuttles that can be used currently only ftrs show up.

Also don't know if this is or all bses or just BATTs(It only has occurred when I a playing a BATT battle), for an initial roll of "3" on the DAC it destroys a center hull with the second roll of "3" on that batch of internals going to a phaser. Can we change it so the first hit goes to drone?

Obviously if for bases there is some rule allowin CH to be hit for drones then I am in error :)
