I would simply like to see a command version of the traditional frigate available Y160+.

Old saw. Everyone wants there to be differences, except when their empire does not get the goody. If we were to give the Federation a Frigate Leader, what would be next? A Gorn Frigate Leader? A Lyran Frigate Leader? A Federation Police Cutter Leader? A Tholian Police Cutter Leader (and how about a Corvette Leader for their PCs)? Some empires do not use leaders in the smaller scale ships, it is a difference.

SVC NOTE, I am not sure but I thought there was a leader variant FF in the game. Maybe it was after 2006? Frigate leaders are part of the history and could be added for all empires. FC players would want them to fill point totals.
