The Gorns have made several attempts at an end run down the unsurveyed space between (former) Paravian and Romulan space. We are keeping them honest by flying into the area, getting a scan, and returning to Romulan surveyed space every 6 months. Once the Gorns return T45 and pay for reparations for damage, and sign a ceasefire we'll no longer need to do so.
