Oh, sorry. Guess you'd have to be in the military or otherwise had the pleasure of eating an M.R.E. to get that joke. :)

What's the waiting time for the booth? The next reservation has to be overdue.

If the Romulans had a battle disk that took damage, would it be a birdie or a vulture?

By Christopher E. Fant (Cfant) on Monday, April 28, 2003 - 03:15 pm: Edit

Have to be a birdie. Vulture is taken :)

By Jeff Wile (Jswile) on Monday, April 28, 2003 - 04:04 pm: Edit

By Robert Cole (Zathras) on Monday, April 28, 2003 - 04:14 pm: Edit

Sheesh... don't you guys have anything better to do? :)

42

By Mike Raper (Raperm) on Monday, April 28, 2003 - 04:17 pm: Edit

It'd be the "Tweetie" battle disk.

I dare you to do that, Rob...

By Jeff Wile (Jswile) on Monday, April 28, 2003 - 05:35 pm: Edit

I can see the communications interceps now..."(intercepted communication from the Lyran Wildcat Battle cruiser Sylvester, "...but sir! thought I saw a tweety bird! I did! I did!...)

(sorry I couldnt figure out how to portray a Lyran Lateral 'S' speech impediment!)

Who gets to play granny with the bat?

"MEEP! MEEP!" as the USS ROADRUNNER jumps to warp, leaving the IKV WILEKOYOTE in a cloud of plasma.

"I will disintegrate him"

By Bennett Eugene Snyder (Planner) on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 - 10:21 am: Edit

Thaaat's despickable! (Quickly ducks(!)into a thrown ACME hole.)

Places hole into secure shipping envelope:

Pay for the extra postage for special handling insurance, certified receipt, return notice of delivery and checked box requiring signature of addressee etc...addressed to Bennett Eugene Snyder, general delivery, amarillo Texas (that way he can be close to SFB for all of the new products that are to come out)

Return address IKV WILEKOYOTE, currently in drydock repairing plasma damage!

If you want something really different, picture the Warner Bros. characters in Star Wars roles, such as Foghorn Leghorn as Obi Wan Kenobi. "Use the Force, I say, the Force, boy!" A theatre group I was with matched up a number of characters. I could picture the hairy creature in gym shoes using the battle disk as a yo-yo. So we should finish this in the Humor section.

By Christopher E. Fant (Cfant) on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 - 06:15 pm: Edit

Didn;t you get the memo? This IS the new humor section.

Must've been misdirected to the postal negative mass.

By Christopher E. Fant (Cfant) on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 - 08:18 pm: Edit

Oh, and while we are at it, did you get to those TPS reports yet?

By Bennett Eugene Snyder (Planner) on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 - 09:30 pm: Edit

You mean the ones that were accidentally destroyed when I was testing my phaser on "extra crispy"? Err, I mean a Lyran ate them.

By Christopher E. Fant (Cfant) on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 - 11:28 pm: Edit

Ahh.......hmmm........Ok, yeah.

By Christopher E. Fant (Cfant) on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 - 11:29 pm: Edit

I've always prefered to keep my phaser set on slaughter.

By Jonathan McDermott (Caraig) on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 - 01:57 am: Edit

I usually keep mine set to "shake-n-bake." Makes cooking donner a whole lot easier, even easier than using the microwave....

By Christopher E. Fant (Cfant) on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 - 02:09 am: Edit

heh. Is there a frappe' setting for the light hand phaser?

By Gary Plana (Garyplana) on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 - 02:19 am: Edit

So you're the one responsible for what happened to Donner and Blitzen, Jonathan?
