What is the status of the Frax tournament cruiser? Any word on when it gets promoted out of play test?

I think it is currently in the realm of "mostly ok".

It doesn't get AFDs, drone points, or a scatter pack, last I checked. And it is mostly fine, if a little underwhelming. I would in no way be opposed to someone using it.

I would allow the Frax to play in tournament as a play test ship. (no to it being promoted out of play test, the Frax and all the other play test ships still need testing).
