Jeff- we are looking to get 16 players and don't yet know how long that will take. Once we get 16 it usually takes a week to get the tournament started. Each round is 2-3 weeks and consists of 1 game played whenever you can get it scheduled. There are 4 rounds if you beat everyone you play and so the tournament takes 2-3 months to completely finish despite half the players being out in the first 3 weeks.
