The Romulian Ship listed in the Set Up (AND KR, WE, KF5R 2xWBs) do not match the Historical Outcome of a KR, WE, KF5R, BH and SN?

The Historical Outcome in (SH2.0) references the "Integration With Future Products" order of battle in (SH2.64); the order of battle given in (SH2.2) is limited by the ships available in the Basic Set, which does not include the Battlehawk or Snipe-A. Note the "dagger" symbol note in (SH2.64).
