Find out about the Brecon, four-armed humanoids who live in the Federation. There are also Deians, who are extremely beautiful. Prellarians are masters of high-grav and null-grav technologies.

The Klingon Empire has more species: Yitlians who are fierce warriors and Zoolies who are highly perceptive and sought out for Klingon commando teams.

The Andromedan Invaders have more background and enough information that the GM can construct robots to confound players.

The Inter-Stellar Concordium is described more fully along with the five member species for players to play or encounter.

The Seltorian Tribunal has but one goal: exterminate the Tholians! To that goal, there are five types of Seltorians, two of which are suitable for players.

Jindarians are at home on their asteroid caravans. And then there are the Vudar. They are located between the Hydrans and the Klingons, part of the Klingon Empire, yet they run their own navy.

The Carnivons and Paravians are different as in they have a distinct extinction date - unless they don't! The Paravians died when a sun snake destroyed their sun; the Carnivons, when the Kzintis and Lyrans carried out genocide. What are the odds that a small group escaped detection? (Hint: 100%)

Included for your convenience are unified weapons charts with all the weapons included in the core rulebook and three sourcebooks. If you can't remember where you spotted something, the complete index might help with that.

Compatible with modern roleplaying systems using 20-sided dice. Requires the use of the Prime Directive PD20 Modern Core Rulebook. To fully use the weapons, the sourcebooks are highly recommended.

Captain's Log #26 Now Available from Multiple Sources

Falshin estimated that in about 30 hours the governor and he would be dead or prisoners of the Gorns.

Released in June 2003, this issue supports Star Fleet Battles, Federation & Empire, Star Fleet Battle Force, Star Fleet Warlord, SFB Galactic Conquest, and Prime Directive and includes two stories.

HISTORY includes "Rescue the Kishawk," by John A. Picheco, in which the Romulans and Gorns clash. "For the Honor of the Flag" by Mark Tippet has a lone Federation dreadnought standing against a Klingon squadron in order to prevent the annihilation of the Third Fleet's vital logistical convoy. An article on the Kzinti strike carriers and a detailed diagram of Klingon phaser fire controls complete the section.

COMMUNICATIONS continues as a department. This included service awards, 10 questions, after-action reports, why, humor, ask Admiral Growler, and Starline 2400 miniatures.

VENUES include Star Fleet Warlord, Star Fleet Command, SFB Galactic Conquest, Play by Email, and SFB Online.

DATABASE remains the place for new SFB material, Battle Group 900, Shipyard Report, new special rules and terrain for Star Fleet Battle Force, information about GURPS Prime Directive (an article about the Klingon justice system), and Brothers of the Anarchist.

SCENARIOS include six new ones (SL217-SL222) and T11, a mini-campaign.

TACTICS include Victory at Origins by Paul Scott, an article on Ryn tactics, and over five pages of Term Papers.

The FEDERATION & EMPIRE section includes official rules and rulings along with Q&A, a scenario, after-action reports for Advanced Operations, tactical notes, and some playtest rules.

The NEW SHIPS for SFB section has 16 new ships including Federation GVX, heavy fighter pod, and scout pod; the Klingon heavy fighter resupply pod, PF transport pod, and a medium hangar pod; the Kzinti CDX, scout pod, heavy fighter resupply pod, and PF transport pod; the Gorn scout pod, heavy fighter resupply pod, and PF transport pod; the Tholian heavy fighter resupply pack; the Hydran Boar Hunter commando DW, advanced fighter resupply ship, heavy fighter resupply pallet, and PT transport pallet; and Lyran scout pod, heavy fighter resupply pod and pallet, and PF transport pod and pallet.

Lyran Master Starship Book Now Available in PDF

"Cadets, how did the Lyrans produce their Lion dreadnought? Anyone beside Cadet Granger? Yes, Cadet Granger."

"Sir, it involved cutting a Tiger-class heavy cruiser in half and installing a new center section."

"As usual, Cadet Granger is correct. The rest of you, study your Lyran Master Starship Book. It isn't a paperweight, you know."

The fifth volume in the long-anticipated Master Starship Book series is now available. It includes every Lyran ship in Star Fleet Battles, including X-ships, Y-ships, and R1 units that are specific to the Lyran Star Empire. Lyrans are interesting because some ships were assigned to particular duchies. (This book does not focus on ships from the Lyran Democratic Republic; those will be in their own book.)

Every ship is illustrated. All updates, corrections, and errata have been added. The ships are in order (regardless of the product they came from) with the enhanced format listing detailed information in a consistent manner.

This book contains the descriptions of the ships, but no SSDs.

Vintage Play Aid Dungeon Tiles Released in PDF

First released in 1980, this play aid was compatible with virtually any of the fantasy roleplaying games on the market. It helped players visualize what they saw when venturing into a dungeon.

Dungeon Tiles allows a gamemaster to display the dungeon for the players as they travel through it. The gamemaster can now show players the rooms and corridors as they traverse them, and show only those portions which the adventurers would actually be able to see.

This PDF includes 72 full-color, 2.5-inch inch square images of pieces which represent corridors, spiral staircases, corners, stairways, rooms, curved stairways and six larger rooms which will beautifully complement your fantasy figures. (These pieces will need to be printed from the PDF and cut out.) Also included are 108 half-inch images which represent doors, treasure chests, urns, chairs, etc. (Again, these will need to be printed and cut out.) The PDF also includes images representing beds, tables, and ladders, and instructions on how to use these with many of your favorite roleplaying games.

Star Fleet Battles: Module C3 – New Worlds III Available from Multiple Sources

Battle for Two Galaxies!

Meet the Seltorians and Lyran Democratic Republic in this newly revised (2017) module. (The counters remain the same.) The Andromedans and WYNs get even more ships, too!

The Seltorian Tribunal arrived from the Tholian Home Galaxy, ready to settle the score with their former masters who had fled to our galaxy. The Seltorians have 12 ships armed with particle cannons, web breakers, and shield crackers. Two new Tholian ships are introduced for battles in the Tholian Home Galaxy.

The Lyran Democratic Republic was once a province in the Lyran Star Empire. Now it is independent and its ships carry Gatling phasers along with other special features.

The Andromedans await the galaxy's puny assault forces as the Galactic Powers try to throw them out of the galaxy! Face their battle station, base station, ground bases, auxiliary sled ship, Missionary carrier, Exploiter heavy cruiser, Queen Snake cargo ship, PA mine, trans-captor, and temporal elevator.

The Usurper returns to reclaim his throne with the WYN Cluster's Barracuda, Mako, Orca, and Great White Shark warships.

The rulebook provides additional rules, ship descriptions, and scenarios for use in Star Fleet Battles. Matching ships are in the SSD books. You must have the SFB Basic Set in order to utilize this material. Most of the ships require the Advanced Missions set as well as Modules C1, C2, J, K, M, and X1, or the SFB Master Rulebook.
