We will get the newsletter out, but next week. I know we missed the last two due to Steve's stroke and Jean's surgery. I thought we might get it out yesterday but I had a chain of crises to solve (all of them somebody else's problems) and today I stayed home due to the snowstorm (which melted by the time Jean could no longer be at the office). I will try to finish the second of the two Play Value Extras tomorrow and we can send the newsletter Monday or maybe Tuesday if Simone is busy. We still owe you the PVEs for Jan and Feb and you will get them in April/May.

My cover looks excatly the same as the one on the website - except for the fact that my bears 'Task Force Games' as opposed to the ADB emblem. All my contents have 1996.

Apart from that is there any changes in this reprint edition? i.e has the book content been updated at all in this reprint? Or is it still 1996?

ADB Releases Miniatures for June 2022

On June 1, 2022, ADB released a baker's dozen new items to its shop on Shapeways, which has over 2,800 items available in total. We featured the Federation, Klingons, and "general" items this month. Please note that all miniatures are available in both 3788 and 3125 scales, except when noted.

The Federation starts with the Light Dreadnought Carrier. The ship is available in both the Federation (gridded saucer) and Fed Classic (smooth saucer) styles. They also gain their Flatbed Operational Carrier in the 7000 Scale. Also worth looking at in Omni Scale only are the General Small Freighter variant, General Small Freighter variant with skid, Mobile Logistics Base, and Augmented Mobile Logistics Base since the Federation typically used these designs.

The Klingons gain their HD5 Heavy War Cruiser. With more aztecking, the ship is also available as the HD5K Refitted Heavy War Cruiser.

"General" ships are those that all empires use. "Omni" scale is used for things that are too small to print to scale (fighters) or too big to print to scale (bases and freighters). Freighters were built by a multitude of companies. The General Small Freighter Type 2 is one of those variants. It is also available with a skid attached. Mobile Logistics Bases are also called mobile bases; we have one standard and one augmented version.
