This is the first part of a project designed to create an excel database of ships, games, and minis. It lists every ship in FC or ACTA or Starmada and every ship for which a miniature exists in any of the three scales. (We're not going to list every ship in SFB, that would make a long and unworkable list. Likewise, we're not listing F&E as that game doesn't use minis.)

In theory this helps players find the right mini for the ship they want, but in practice is in much more. It allows the department heads of the four tactical games to see where the gaps are in their coverage. It also gives sculptors ideas for ships to add.

The chart is not perfect, in fact, it's full of mistakes, but it's what i can do here with the help from Daniel-Starmada, Petrick-SFB, and Tony Thomas-ACTA.

There is metrick asteroid ton of things to do, not least is to somehow standardize what the ships are called.

If you're looking for a ship you might find it under:

DWE
and obviously those do not alphabetize to the same place.

So, be gentle, and if you find something that generates more than five line items, ask before you start posting. Maybe it's a feature, not a mistake.

Reading over the reports, there seems to be some confusion.

The Register is intended to list the Ships in FC and which of them have minis.

Secondarily to list all of the minis that exist and what games they are in. Few minis have been done for ships not in FC.

Secondarily it is to list the ships in ACTA and Starmada to see where they are in catching up to FC.

For the next year or two there won’t be any effort to list every ship with an SFB rule number That doesn’t have a mini yet. That will be for another epoch.

I have seriously tried to avoid letting the sculptors get into early years or local defense, but some slipped through.

The register won’t list people or ground vehicles.
