General- in theory just about every hull could be "acquired" from the Lyrans so conversion costs "should" be provided (BB, DN, BC hulls). Unclear if there is any value in this in most cases. This line item is just to note this. I suggest adding the CW/DW/FF/... ones for the base hulls on the grounds that they plausibly could happen due to capture, internment, "gifts" from the L/K/H, etc. while the larger hulls seem ... unlikely. - Howard Bampton 2017-04-03

CORRECTIONS MADE 9 MAY 2017 BASED ON CHUCK'S CHART. HE DID NOT KNOW IT COULD NOT EASILY SWITCH TO HIS CHART OR CUT-AND-PASTE BUT HAD TO MAKE THE REVISIONS MANUALLY. ANYWAY, THEY'RE MADE AND WERE NO TROUBLE AT ALL.

POV (PV) lacks "Call up" entry for build cost. The LDR may or may not be able to do this however (ME doesn't seem to address this. MSSB OOB shows few POL in service suggesting a safe answer of 0.).
