I thought I didn't have any EPs, but I see now that I had a supply route to the offmap capital. In any case, the Kzintis have decided that they can't hold it any longer, and have pulled off with about a dozen uncrippled ships - DN LBC 2CV CVL 2CVE EFF DF SF 2FF. I probably could have gone another round, but I was going to lose a MEC and the best I could hope to get was a DW, so I decided to cut my losses and run.

C7 Ends with the Coalition withdrawing from most of fed space (they still have some ships in the South).

They set up a reserve at 1013, two at 1407, three at 1813 (to guard the border against Fed counterattacks) and one small reserve near the Tholians.

Treasuries are good, both the Klingons and Lyrans having 10+ EPs in the treasury after strategic movement.

The Lyrans ran out of all their command points, the Klingons still have one left.

A7 was pretty quiet. The Hydrans killed 5 pickets and traded a LB for a D6M (a good trade, I think, especially as I was able to take the excess 24 damage on fighters), while the Kzinti killed 4 pickets. Feds just hunkered down and started building bases in 2306 and 2610.

Reserves are offmap for the Kzinti (good reserves) and the Hydrans (small reserves). The Feds have a good reserve at the 3rd Fleet starbase and at Earth, a so so reserve at Earth and a reserve near the 7th Fleet area itching to join the action if only some Klingons would be kind enough to activate their deployment area. (Spoiler: no).

With the Kzinti all off map, the Coalition move their ships there to minimize picket loss on the follow up turn while still denying the Kzinti any on map income. No battle hexes are created there.

In Fed space, the Klingons set up to take Bezwell index and kill the last 3 Fed border BATs that are in active areas. They go to recapture 2106 and send a large force to assault the Fed 3rd Fleet starbase, which is defended by low 50s in Fed ships. Could be bloody.

In the Hydran theatre, the Coalition position modest fleets to cut off the old colonies (and to prevent the off map reserves from going anywhere useful) and set up to recapture 0416 and 0519 and also try to position pickets to minimize losses. We'll see how that goes.

The Coalition also send a force to 0617, probably to strip PDUs as the force there isn't big enough to capture the hex.
