The last copy of this we printed was in Combined Ops 15 years ago. I am updating it now (as I have time or need to do it to complete the warbook project).

2KX Index - Bases, Special Construction = shows 421.0 (FRD) instead of (441.0)

2KX Index - Conversion, Gorn HD/CM exception - shows 751.6 instead of 706.23 (Restricted)

In the Master Annex Rev 30 June 2021: Section -M- Minus Points for carriers listing that references CEDS as follows:

Minus points: Carrier groups must use CEDS: 302.614

Suggestion: Index entry specific to Carrier Minus points should lose the CEDS reference and should instead say:
Minus points, Groups: breakable groups must use 302.614

Reason: This rule still exists in the basic set game rules but does not mention CEDS. (Its may have been fixed in 2010). The rule as it exists now seems fine but may be reviewed in the upcoming F&E Basic Set Update. Rule included below for reference and to assist should this Index Entry need revision (vs just being deleted).

(302.614) No multi-ship group capable of breaking down can be voluntarily damaged or destroyed if this produces minus points. Instead, the group must be broken up and the individual ships damaged one at a time. If a carrier or PFT is voluntarily crippled, then any fighters and/or PFs lost due to the reduced capacity do not generate minus points. The owning player could give these up first and could of course transfer them to another carrier/PFT with room for them.
