The generic bases at positions I8-10 & J8-10 can be removed as we now have the bases sheet.

Does the base sheet have bases with no fighter factors like these ones?
FEDS: These might be better suited for the CO KILO Sheet as that is where Base Stations were introduced and where we have more room to add counters. Vulkan is part of FO which focuses on carrier operations.

Mobile bases and operational bases WITH fighter factors. I don't think these exist anywhere.
FEDS: These are extremely uncommon because they are so vulnerable; it might be best to use a fighter module counter instead.
