The Fed FFP (R2.48) is the personnel transport version of the FFT (VIP transport).
FEDS: The FFP is variant of the FFT (R2.47) equipped with accommodations for passengers rather than cargo holds. They were sometimes pressed into service as “troop transport frigates” to reinforce garrisons on threatened planets or support small-scale raids on enemy held planets. The [G] factor is used as a replacement "G" factor for other troops ships and ground combat locations only, the FFP cannot act as a troop ship.
The FFP can carry one pod, which can be double-weight; carried pods are inactive. Since the FFP has no cargo capability, it cannot support (509.1) theater transport missions D, E, T, U, V, X, or Z.
