Sorry I am not seeing the fix for the title block in (332.2).

The (332.3) section lists three types of restrictions rather that instructions the suggested would be searchable with the suggested restrictions heading above and a solid entry for the master index later

For the rule range thing, two days ago I assumed incorrectly (332.3) was the beginning (of battle round 0: disabled combat) but it actually (332.23) where players start putting ships on the board and in my suggestion rounded up to (332.2) to get the start explanation. I suggested dropping the ranged approach mainly because the (332.5) Damage step is where players have to go in the sequence before you can finish and move on (to battle round 1: the approach).
