Can anyone tell me where to locate FC Rule 2E3? It was referenced in Scenario 8CM20c, but I can't find it anywhere.

Rule (2E3) RETIREMENT and rule (5X) DEGRADED CREW are both located on page 2 of Briefing # 1.
Unlike the rules updates in the sticky'ed file you refer to, these are all new rules for Federation Commander.
As they are new rules. posting them to this forum would be Steve Cole's prerogative. I have emailed Steve and asked him to either:
A) Post (or have Matt 2.0 AKA Eric) post them to the forum...
B) Give mjwest permission to post them and make it sticky...
C) Let us know that they may hot be posted at all.

I'll keep you guys updated as to his response.
