The ship card for the Double Raider has weapons arming tracks for both photons and plasma-F's in all five option mounts. The Rule 5L listing for Squadron-scale Double Raiders (both in the Reference Rulebook and in Orion Attack) says that the wing option mounts (D and E) can only mount phasers, plas-D, drones or ADD racks.
My first inclination is to say that 5L as printed is correct and the 'extra' arming tracks are invalid, but I figured it costs nothing to post... |

I'm pretty sure 5L is correct and the extra tracks are a mistake, but Mike will no doubt settle it conclusively. _________________ "Captain" Terry O'Carroll, fourteen papers published including six best of issue

(5L) is correct.
What happened is that, late in the game, playtest reports were saying that the DBR and BR were a little too good with the ability to load out 5 Pl-F (or photons or disruptors or whatever). As a result, the two ships were "nerfed" and the wing mounts were made in to "drone" mounts. Unfortunately, this decision was made AFTER the ship cards had been created.
Ergo, both the DBR and BR have tracks for weapons they can't use in their wing mounts. _________________
