SVC,
Are the Vudar miniatures on hold until War and Peace is released?
Any update on the Omega miniatures that were being reworked?
Thanks |

Hi, Steve -
I'm a little late to the party here, but thought I might throw in my two cents as to your question. Of course, there are many items I'd like to see, but among the ones that I can think of that I'd be willing to buy, say, at the moment.
- Frax miniatures. I've always been fascinated by these guys, and I would certainly be willing to pick up a fleet, especially now that you've got several cards for them in various places for Fed Comm.
- The Tholian Black Widow. I don't think you've ever this as a mini (forgive me if I'm wrong). Again, as I say in the 'Shipyard requests', area, I think this would be a useful, fun little ship to add a bit of flavor to the Tholian fleet without being too overbearing, and it would certainly be more useful in a universe like that of Fed Comm, where there aren't so many fighters/carriers/etc. dominating things.
- Would also be cool to see some Jindarian miniatures, since they have such a different aesthetic.

Mithras, you know the Black Widow looks exactly like a Patrol Corvette, because it is a Patrol Corvette with a little green triangle / diamonds painted on the wings to show where the fighter mechlinks are. There is no added structure or docking bays wielded to it. Just little patches that fighters stick to like

According to the (admittedly older) SSD book I have, it looks like it has attached structure for holding fighters. I apologize for my error. Well, erase that, then, and replace it with something better....
I'd be quite happy with a TK7. Already very pleased that the TK5 is in the production queue.

Actually... the PFT has little green triangle for the PF mech links.
The Black Widow Carrier is a PC with hanger boxes welded onto the exterior.
I have one I converted. If todays rain ever stops, I'll photo it and upload.
The conversion is very simple.
Start with a PC... The BW has two bays of 4 fighters each, so...
get a strip of Plastrux 1/16 square styrene...
cut it to length (2 strips 1/4 inch long) and file small notches every 1/16 inch to form individual fighter bays...
glue one strip to each sde of the PC and Viola!... a Black Widow. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

The B10 miniature already comes with two different deck house assemblies.
The shorter one is for the B-10. The taller deck house gives you the carrier (B-10V) version or the space-control ship (B-10S) version. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro
