The larger Orion ships such as BR, CA, CR etc. can double each warp engine individually. However, I note that the SLV, LR and (I think) DBR are not on the list, and they only lose one box total (Sqn scale). Does this mean that these ships cannot double on a single-engine basis? _________________

Yes, that is the case. On the plus side, even if they could double only a single engine, the penalty would be the same. So, you might as well double everything anyway. _________________
