|
Can a ship perform a HET during a sub-pulse in which it is not scheduled to move? The rule just says "At the start of any Movement Sub-Pulse.." Or is it assumed that the HET must occur when that ship's movement comes?
I'm having a flash of deja vu -- seems like I asked this before, but for the life of me, I can't recall the ruling _________________ Being disintegrated makes me angry

Short answer: Yes, you may HET in a sub-pulse you do not move. _________________
