Are Free Standing Webs subject to Deterioration like Normal Webs or are they only subject to the four active impulse limit?

Free standing web doesn't last long enough to deteriorate. The last for four impulses at full strength, then disappear.

Ok. So, only Normal Webs are subject to deterioration at the end of each game turn.
