GURPS PRIME DIRECTIVE


The Generic Universal Role Playing System by Steve Jackson Games is very big on realism. Things work like they work in the real world. Players can be anything and are not restricted to a certain set of skills or occupations. We first licensed this system in 2002, doing three books for the G3e game system. We moved forward into G4e in 2005 and have (as of June 05) done three books for it with more in preparation.


CORE RULEBOOK: Prime Directive allows characters to be anything, from the bridge crew to the Marines, from diplomats to archaeologists, from a bunch of reserve officers looking to recapture the adventures of their long-lost youth, to a squadron of fighter pilots whose parties are as wild as their dogfights. Or you could be a Prime Team, Star Fleet's elite problem-solving teams that combine the skills of scientists, diplomats, and commandoes.
