Federation Commander

Sounds interesting - are these rules available anywhere on the web site? I had a quick look around and could not spot them...

The poll is closed, but I'd happily pay for physical cards. Both pdf-files (free like the Communique or commercial ones) and products with paper black/white cards that needs photocopying (Captain's Log or the Briefings) are in the end quite useless to me - possibly I'll look at the ships a bit, but ...

I wouldn't pay for colour pdfs of the briefing #2 ship cards - too much effort to print them all out on cardstock and laminate them myself.

On the other hand, I would happily pay the going rate (... compared with boosters or such) to get ship cards for briefing #2 of the same quality as the ones I ...

As I understand it, most of the ships that receive new SSDs in the Communiques are merely graphical updates, but no change in how the ship functions.

Is there a list of which ships have actual gameplay errata? (Changed firing arcs, different boxes, different point values - that kind of stuff...) I ...

If I use Emergency Deceleration, could I then do a Tactical Maneuver later in that turn as I am now "stopped"?

E.g. If I declare emergency deceleration at the start of impulse 8, could I then do a tactical maneuver at the end of sub-pulse four of that same impulse?
