Thank you for a clear, concise answer to my question. It is refreshing to hear a real answer instead of getting trolled because you are new.

These CM's don't appear on any counters or in the SIT for the Hydran's in Federation and Empire. They don't even have CM's listed. CA's, NCA's, CW's you bet, CM's not a one. But they are in Federation Commander and I have had people tell me on a facebook page that they replaced the Traveler and ...
