I've never tried it, but I think turning a drill bit by hand, vice using a power Dremel, would give you the best control to make the hole the right size without stressing the mini.

Why go to Range 0?? Range 1 has the same 1-6 To Hit odds. But at Range 2, with 1-5 odds, you're more likely than not to get all four to hit. Even at Range 4, with 1-4 odds, still fairly likely to hit with all four, or at least Three of Four**, and even if you don't, you're not running into a ESG ...
