My answer to that last question must be "no". My only experiences of phaser 4s have been extremely painful - I've always been on the receiving end for some reason, so suffice to say I'm the player in our regular group who likes them the least . .... I launched another two drones from the BATS and two from the CM, at the same targets as before, so all the CM's drones were on the SF, and all the BATS drones were on the CL.

I'd sya the CL should have been SF or vise versa.
