6 d5 scouts,(these i would use with photon torps& cloaking devices).
12 e4 light frigates,
I hope i don,t give any federation player,s nightmares but i used a old ww2 naval list to make this try to guess who. but for late war these ships would use photons or plasma torps and cloaking devices has mentioned in romulan border the klingons and romulans have the treaty.
