Can Revision 3 rulebook be upgraded to to Rev 4 rules?

I bought FC:Kingon Boarder a couple of years ago. So that means I have Revision 3 rules...Is there a way to upgrade to rev 4 rules?

Does ADB have any sort of upgrade program in place for us loyal FC players? For example, does ADB send out rev 4 rules if you send them your copy of rev 3 or something like that?

SVC did say that with a receipt or some other proof of purchase, or for only the price of postage. I dont quite remember. That you would be taken care of.

SVC is the acronym we often use for Stephen V. Cole, the game designer.
