Shield crackers and reinforcement
In SFB, Seltorian Shield Crackers ignore shield reinforcement IIRC. In FC, there doesn't seem to be anything stopping you from reinforcing against a Shield Cracker volley. My question is: would you please double check that it's the designer's intention that Shield Cracker damage be reinforceable? As it is, the Crackers are pretty weak in FC. Thanks.

Rule (E16.42) says that Shield Crackers treat active reinforcement as shield boxes. There are special rules about general shield reinforcement, but that does not exist in FC. In fact (E16.52) says there is no restriction on using reserve power to specifically reinforce shields.
So, I don't see an issue.
