I created the CRUL (Combined Rule Update List) yesterday and sent it to the staff. When I get enough reports back from them to be sure it's 99% complete, I'll have it posted.
The first round should include all of the "rulings" but there are some Q&A items which should create new rules text and somehow did not and we'll have to hunt those down and port them over.
That's fantastic. Wow somebody really cares about their customers! For once! As sincere as my positive input is I need not descend into shameles sychophantry!! But thanks a bunch.
Of course, you can't call it the Combined Rules Update Document, as I'm sure you may have realised, as that would upset Jean again with another unsuitable acronym
CRUL is in honor of my dear friend Frank Crull, an attorney in Houston who was an important member of the staff for many years, and was the tournament Chief Justice, the greatest tournament judge who ever lived.
I got an Email from Mike West this morning that his report on the CRUL will be in sometime in the next day or three. I expect to have Eric post the CRUL no later than the 31st and probably the 29th. Just maybe the 27th.
