2) FC: Add a FC specific meeting room, like the SFB_Bullpen.
3) FC: Fix the problem with speeds in reverse.
4) FC: Fix the problem with the initial loading of plasma torpedos.

After downloading the new update for FC Online, we are unable to start a game. Something in the new update does not allow a game room to be opened. I tried to open a room, and Brandon tried as well. Neither of us had any luck.
