SFU medals with avatars

Could Eric make the medals awarded by you part of the avatar system.

The icons could be added like the way Paradox or gamergeek does it.

I don't really see the point. I doubt if more than four or five of us in this BBS have any medals. the BBS gives rank for more posts, but the main way to earn medals is to work on the staff. Campaign ribbons are easier to get but you either have about 20 of them or none. GIA commendations are rare and easy to get but not really an avatar thing.

The BBS we have has a bank of avatars and will let anybody pick any of them. (YOu can even pick the one that I use, but Eric or Mike or Jean will make you change if you do that.) I don't think we need to have gold star medals as an avatar as only five people have them (me, Jean, Petrick-who rarely comes here, Scott Moellmer, who rarely comes here, and Joe Butler, who never comes here because he's... well, on assignment with the Black Fleet).

What bugs me is that I know somebody else has one.

I know that Moellmer and Petrick have a fistful, and Leanna and Joe and I each have one. But I thought there was somebody else and didn't want to leave anyone out.

Jean has two of those "silver life" medals. If she gets ten books done in 2009, she'll have a gold star for sure.
