Online FC Tournament Setup

1. Swiss-style tournament based-on wins or Patrol style where you rack up an number of wins and the top x number of players play in a single-elim rounds. (Patrol only if the field is small enough)
2. Must be 4 different ships totally under 300 BPV of a single race. This is your fleet for entire tournament. (Orion's and Tholian's only need to use 3)
3. 60x84 sized board.
4. Open space.
5. Game has 15 turns to be played after which use Standard Points to figure out the winner.
6. Ships will be Fleet scale.
7. Only released ships maybe used. (No playtest ships)
8. Any ship leaving is considered destroyed (no disengagement)

Did this ever get off the ground? I'd still be interested in playing in such a tournament, if and when it happens.

I don't think it ever did. I signed on the sunday morning that it was to take place, but no one was there.

I will second the desire to paly in this if it happens again.

I just read in the Captain's Log that the FCOL tourney will be going on soon. Any particulars or are they pending?

I'm not much for multiple-ship games, but if anyone wanted to get together a tournament for cruiser duels, I would be into it. I've let my FCOL subscription lapse as it was really difficult to find games, but I would be interested in renewing it if there were more players actively involved.
