Romulan K9R Dreadnought

I have had FC:RB for about a year, and love it so have decided to invest (rather heavily, don't tell the wife) in Romulan Attack, Boosters 10,11,12, a lovely deep space, no hex felt mat and Border Boxes 3 and 4 (it's going to be so good playing with the minis instead of the counters).

I am, however, a little confused as to whether or not, with both border boxes, I have all the minis for all the cards in RB and RA. At first glance (as RA and Border Box 4 arrived today), I don't seem to have a mini for the K9R Dreadnought. Any idea where I would get this from, and also minis for the freighters and police cutters and suchlike mentioned in the RA scenarios?

To get a KR9 use the C8 mini ---
Get it separate, in Squadron Box 12 (mix of KR and Hawk) or Squadron Box 2 (Klingon Squadron with C-8 ) ---

Border Boxes are a great way to get lots of ships for cheaper, but they are not the way to get "all the ships" from a game module. They have all the duplicate ships from the cards that are in the Boosters. (i.e. you'll have one to go with each copy of the ship cards if you buy all three Squadron Boxes and the Border Box - assuming you had the core product and all its Boosters).

I acree with djdood the border boxes are good value but i used them has a base then added extra ships to fill them out.


I have all the fleet facing the romulans and vice versa and also the klingon
fleets with a the kzinti and orions at the minute iam building the gorns.
