ISC Minis

Post by atomic »

I read someplace (CL maybe?) that some of the Silent Death ships will be used for ISC. A buddy of mine has a whole bunch of those minis, and is interested in using them for FC. Is there a translation somewhere of Silent Death to FC?

Not sure what the question was.

Iron Crown is doing SILENT STAR FLEET for us to publish later this year. It will mostly use our minis and their rules.

We used Iron Crown minis for early ISC ships. We did a list in Captain's Log. I need to make a note to have Eric upload that page to the site.

What is SILENT STAR FLEET?

I second, what is Silent Star Fleet and is it a Fed. Com. expansion?

I'd love to see more FedCom expansions bring in more empires to the SF universe. (As well as more miniatures)

ADB is currently pursuing design projects with a couple of different Game Companies to allow them to write a Source Book and/or Campaign book for the Star Fleet Universe. These Other Rule sets so far, if I remember right, include Iron Crown's Silent Death, Majestic Twelve Games' Starmada and VBAM Games' Victory By Any Means Campaign Guide.

These new projects are not source books for FedCom or SFB they are new rule sets that will use the exsisting Star Fleet Universe Setting (and Miniatures) to allow another way to play out battles. They will not be bring race or ships from those setting into ours.

Hope that helps a little.

Well I thought maybe, but not being IE, I wasn't sure.

I hope ADB considers a similar setup with Spartan Games and their upcoming Firestorm Armada ruleset.

Spartan's rules for their Uncharted Seas fantasy naval game has been getting rave reviews for it's ease and fun-factor. I would expect the same for Firestorm Armada.

Something to look into.
