Captain's Log 32 - First for FC content?

Is CL #32 the first one with FC content? I tried searching for the answer but did not find anything.

Yes Captian's Log #32 was the "Introduction" to Fed Com Issue. There is no Fed Com content before #32 but there is still 31 issues of a great SFU Magazine back there.

I'll agree with Dal. There's some good stuff in every issue - the fiction alone is worth the price of admission to some folks. But nothing specific to FedCom until #32 (which was concurrent with FedCom's initial release)
