Dorian,

One option is to order them here: http://www.starfighter-decals.com/

Another is to make your own using decal paper and a laser printer. Some guys here on the forum have done it before, but I'm no expert.

I had very little success with that Testors software and ended up using FreeHand for mine. Their decal paper is fine though.
