Main points for Fed Com are:
1) Core: Fix the problem that occurs when a person changes their nick and there is an active PM session going.
2) FC: Add support for Hellbore, Fusions and ESGs.
3) Core: Add support for multiple external die rollers.
4) FC Duel: Added new plugin for Fed Com Duels
SFU Online Client 4.0.67 Update is now released
